Experience. Dedication. Service.

My first experience in the courtroom was as a twelve year old. I had been hit in the eye with a rock, and the insurance company refused to pay so much as the medical bills. Following a jury trial, where I testified and was cross-examined for two days, the insurer agreed to pay. It was then that I vowed to become the best trial lawyer and the best attorney I could be so that I could help others obtain justice.

After graduating from Notre Dame with honors and then law school, I served six years in the United States Army as a military lawyer, appearing in court on a daily basis.

Since leaving the Army, I have tried numerous jury and bench trials, in state and federal courts. I most recently obtained the largest jury verdict in Hamilton County, Indiana. Yet, as any attorney will tell you, very few cases actually go to trial. But it is the experience and understanding of what will succeed in court that allows me to more effectively represent a client before we even get there.

I will work hard for you, using my knowledge and experience gained over 30 years, whether drafting a complex legal document, negotiating a difficult settlement, or representing you in court.

Let me put my experience and dedication to work for you.
