Todd C. Peabody

Todd has represented and worked with clients on a variety of legal matters including insurance disputes, business formation, business litigation, contract disputes, estate planning, trusts, probate, family, criminal, guardianship, and landlord-tenant. He has also represented clients before various state agencies in licensing matters.

Todd graduated from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law with his J.D. and prior to that from Miami University with a B.S. in Economics from the Farmer School of Business. Todd was active in multiple student organizations throughout his time at Miami and Indiana.

As a member of the Indiana Bar, Todd has represented clients in multiple jurisdictions throughout the state. Additionally, he is licensed to practice in U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Todd is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
